HEAD CHEF AND CO-OWNER
Head Chef Davide Rebeccato, originally from Veneto, Italy, travelled extensively before joining Aqua Dining as Head Chef in 2014.
Descending from three generations of bakers, Davide grew up around cooking and has followed his passion around the globe.
After attending hospitality school in Padova, Italy he headed to London to take the position of Sous Chef at Black Truffle and later at Italian restaurant, Latium. In 2007, he travelled back to Italy and joined the team at Michelin starred restaurant, Imago.
He was later procured by The Oberoi Group, a leading, luxury, business and leisure hotel group, and spent several years heading a team of seven chefs at one of their five-star hotels.
We are proud to announce that as of July 2016, Davide is now a co-owner of Aqua Dining.
With some 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Bill Drakopoulos has combined his expert knowledge of restaurant operations with his passion for customer service to undertake his business ventures.
