Drawing on inspiration from local, Australian produce and Aqua Dining's iconic location, Head Chef and Co-Owner Davide Rebeccato creates a seasonal menu reflecting his interpretation of contemporary Italian cuisine. Diners can choose from a two, three or four course a la carte menu. As of January 14, a six course degustation will be offered on Saturday evenings. Group menus apply for groups of 12 or more guests. Reservations are recommended.
