Lo Basso draws inspiration from Italy’s natural wonders; from the stunning Italian seaside to the rolling Italian Alps.

He was awarded with a prestigious Michelin star in 2011.

Rebeccato, originally from Veneto, Italy and descended from three generations of bakers will prepare his signature Italian cuisine.

Rebeccato and Lo Basso have collaborated to create a menu that celebrates the diversity of Italian cuisine.
