Private Functions

Aqua Dining can be hired exclusively for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Aqua Dining has played host to a variety of corporate, media and private functions over its 11 years. Aqua Dining can accommodate up to 120 guests for a sit down event and up to 150 guests for a cocktail style event.

For a sit down event guests can enjoy the 3 Course Set Menu (allows guests to place an order on the day) or the 5 Course Tasting Menu. For a cocktail style event we provide a substantial menu of canapés and pails. A variety of beverage packages are also available.

Our menus are current, but subject to change depending on the availability of seasonal produce. Our chefs prepare dishes with only the best ingredients available and are more than happy to cater for special dietary requirements. The team is always happy to please when it comes to tailoring special menus for functions.

Aqua Dining offers a summer (September – March) and winter package price (April – August). Minimum spend requirements also apply dependent on the date of the function.
