Drawing on inspiration from local, Australian produce and Aqua Dining's iconic location, Head Chef and Co-Owner Davide Rebeccato creates a seasonal menu reflecting his interpretation of contemporary Italian cuisine. Diners can choose from a two, three or four course a la carte menu. Group menus apply for groups of 12 or more guests. Reservations are recommended.

For lunch Monday to Friday our Pranzo Express one course lunch menu is available for $39 per person. This menu includes one course from the a la carte menu & a glass or red or white wine. Offer available Monday - Friday lunch, valid until October 31, 2016. Not available in conjunction with any other offer, on public holidays or special event days.
